The Nike Show X2 has an SFW (SportRx Frame Width) of 138mm which makes it a men's large and women's extra-large. Between the two frames, the X2 is larger because the X3 has an SFW of 135mm, sizing it at a men's medium and women's large fit.
Some other things to notice are that the X2 has a more versatile, less sport aggressive look with its rounder frame style, and the X3 is more contoured and has more lens depth. The X3 is equipped with ventilation on the brow line and the nose bridge has a saddle bridge design which also helps with air circulation. These sport performance features make the X3 slightly heavier than the X2, so if a lightweight frame is your main ask, the X2 might be a better option.
