  • Send it back or exchange it if you’re not 100% satisfied
  • We cover standard return shipping on domestic orders

We aim for perfection on the first try! But if you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ll remake your order, exchange it, or set you up with a full refund. We kindly ask that your eyewear, accessories, and packaging are in their original condition for the return.

You have 45 days from receiving your order to start a return for a remake or refund. If your prescription changes, we’ll remake your order within 60 days. Quality eyewear is an investment, and we want you to have peace of mind about your new specs!

If anything feels off about your prescription lenses, please don’t delay and contact us immediately. The sooner we can troubleshoot the problem, the sooner you can get back to enjoying the things you love.

All returns are handled by a skilled, attentive Sports Optician within 48 hours max—no matter when or how you reach out to us. We’ll work with your individual needs to find the best solution. Once we determine whether to start a remake or a refund, we’ll send you a return label and begin processing it as soon as we have the original order in-hand. Please note that any upgrades you purchase during an exchange will be added to your total.

You got it! We’ll refund your order 100% when you start a return within 45 days of receiving it. It’s that simple.

Starting an exchange or return after the 45 day window impacts lab times and approval rates with our brand partners. For this reason, we may not be able to make changes to your original order. Non-prescription orders: Warranty information for non-prescription orders varies based on many factors, and not every brand includes a warranty. To learn more, please reach out to one of our seasoned Sports Opticians. We’re happy to help!

Brand prescription lenses: Brand prescription lenses (not frames) have a one or two year, one-time warranty depending on the brand. If you’re not sure what the warranty is on your branded prescription lenses, give us a call!

SportRx brand prescription lens coatings: All SportRx anti-reflective, mirrored, and scratch coatings include a one or two year lens warranty. Each coating shows its warranty information when you select it during the build process. All coatings include a free, one-time lens replacement for scratches. Sorry, this does not cover updated prescriptions, lens materials, coatings or frame changes.

Rx goggle inserts: Goggle inserts do not include a warranty. However, if you feel you have received a defective product, please reach out to us! We’ll do all we can to make it right.

All warranties are limited to exact replicas of the original order and do not cover upgrades or changes.

Give us a call or email us! Similar to the return process, an optician will send you a free return label (US residents only). Please send the frames with the lenses you’re claiming the warranty on. We’ll fit the new lenses into your frame and send them back to you, or set up a complete lens and frame warranty replacement if applicable.
