If you’re not totally satisfied with your new shades, glasses, or goggles, our team is on standby to help. Return your order for any reason within 45 days (maybe 46 days if you're nice) of receipt for a full refund or credit towards a new and even better pair. If there are any changes to your prescription, you can return your glasses to us within 45 days and we'll remake your glasses with your new prescription.
Our optical ninjas are here to discuss all of your options, get the return process started, and make sure your new eyewear meets all of your needs. We'll even send you a return label so you can get your original order back to us. (Sorry, international friends; unfortunately, we can't aren't able to send international addresses a return label.)
We understand that sometimes things happen. If you're outside of the 45-day window, just let us know. We're committed to finding a solution that will work for you.
