If you’re not totally satisfied with your new shades, glasses, or goggles, our team is on standby to help. Return your order for any reason within 45 days for a full refund or credit towards a new and even better pair. If there are any changes to your prescription, you can return your glasses to us within 60 days and we'll remake your glasses with your new prescription.

What Happens During the Return Process?

To refund or remake? That is the question our opticians ponder as they troubleshoot your return. When you give us a call, an optician immediately begins working with you to find the best solution.

If you came to SportRx, chances are you came looking for a specific frame and lens combination to live out your passion. That combo exists, and we’re going to find it together.

You are unique. Your head shape, the way you perceive color, your sport of choice, and your prescription needs, a mix of these and other seemingly innocuous factors change what frame and lens combo is the perfect match for you. Our opticians are trained to get you in that pair in one shot, so you can feed that passion today.

Regardless if it’s a remake (we lump simple exchanges with the more complicated task of rebuilding new lenses from scratch together) or refund, we’ll send you a return label. Send back your order and we’ll get your refund or remake processed as soon as it arrives.

What’s Covered Under Warranty?

When you buy eyewear, non-prescription orders (sunglasses, glasses, and goggles that come right out of the box) have a one-year warranty that covers manufacturer defects on the frame and the lenses.

Sorry, damage and wear from normal use doesn’t apply. The lifetime of most eyewear is around two years.

Get an Additional Lens Warranty on SportRx Prescription Orders

Really. When you buy SportRx prescription lenses for your new frames, select an anti-reflective coating or a scratch coating. All SportRx anti-reflective and scratch coatings include a lens warranty that provides a one-time remake for scratches due to normal wear. Depending on the coating you select, you'll be covered for one to two years.

What about Direct/Authentic Brand Lenses?

Depending on the brand, you’re covered by a one or two-year warranty against manufacturer defects like the warranty you get with the frame. Talk to an optician if you want to know how long your authentic brand lenses are covered under warranty.

 

 

What Happens When I Need to Use My Warranty?

Give us a call. The process is like the return process. An optician will send a return label at no cost to you. For warranty claims, please send the frames with the lenses you’re claiming the warranty on. We’ll get new lenses fitted into your frame and send them back to you.
