The vented nose bridge of the Nike Maverick helps air circulation by allowing air to travel between your nose and the frame.The sunglasses are made from super lightweight and flexible TR-90 nylon, the best sports frame material around. Also featured in these frames are durable hinges and nice rubber coated temples on the inside as well. Together these features relieve tension so that they always feel light and comfortable.
Another cool feature to mention is the tapered temple arms. The tapering of the Maverick allows it to fit comfortably under most hats.
The Maverick has 6-base lenses and provides the coverage of a full wrap sports frame. 6-base lenses are flatter than eight-base and the flatter sports lenses that can hold higher prescriptions, so if you have a tough prescription the Maverick would be perfect for you.
