Jake Gibb
Jacob "Jake" Spiker Gibb is a professional beach volleyball player who plays on the AVP Tour (Association of Volleyball Professionals) with Taylor Crabb as his partner. Jake has played professionally over 15 years and shows no sign of slowing down now. He is a cancer survivor and a world-class athlete. He started his journey partnered with Sean Rosenthal where he took home first place at the 2012 AVP Championships in Santa Barbara, CA. At 43 years old Jake Gibb is serious about making a run at a fourth Olympic Games. He said he is “old but not done” with his career.
Taylor Crabb
Taylor Crabb (a world-class athlete in his own right) partnered with Jake in 2017 and has since won AVP Championships. The next Olympic Games are in 2020 and the two are well on their way to qualifying and have made their mark along the way.
