Our laboratory contains top-notch equipment which allows us to drive innovative technology, pushing the limits of the optical industry.
Many doctor’s offices and competitors farm out their lab work to a third party, which means they’re not as involved in the development, technology, and production of their lenses. For this reason, optometrists often tell their patients that it is impossible to have their prescription put into their favorite brand of wrap sunglasses. This is a common misconception that is usually due to the limitations of the lab they use, as well as their primary focus being regular ophthalmics and not sports prescription eyewear. Aside from cutting-edge technology, the human element to what we do remains very important to us. We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and quality assurance. We don’t like the word “no,” and work hard to find a solution for everyone. We literally have engineers named Hans working on your lenses to make sure we can eliminate as much wrap distortion as humanly possible. What’s more, the opticians here on staff work closely with the opticians in the lab, facilitating a team effort toward solutions to even the most difficult prescriptions.
