The Original Wayfarer 50 also exemplifies the signature pantoscopic tilt, which is that signature shape that defines the sharper angle between the face and the frame. In other words, the top of the frame is tilted away from your face, which some people may find less comfortable fit, as it allows more sunlight in from the top. On the other hand, the New Wayfarer 52 does not have this aggressive tilt, allowing the glasses to rest flush with your face.

Though the Original 50 is one of the top-selling sunglasses of all time, the New Wayfarer 52 shows some outstanding class, and will pose its own purpose in Ray-Ban's iconic collection.
