Both the Oakley Ridgeline and Oakley Double Edge have a large to extra-large fit! Unobtanium nosepads, O Matter frame construction, and PRIZM Lens Technology make these the ultimate large fit sunglasses.
Differences:
Lens- The one key difference between the Ridgeline and Double Edge is the lens shape. The Ridgeline features one expansive shield lens and the Double Edge has two separate lenses.
Rx-ability- If you wear a rx and need custom Oakley authentic lenses in your prescription, SportRx can do it! But it is only offered in the Double Edge. The full shield of the Ridgeline limits rx capabilities and it is not yet available.
Similarities:
Fit- Both the Ridgeline and Double Edge have a large-extra large fit making them ideal for anyone having problems fitting into standard fit sunglasses. Both sunglasses have the same frame dimensions
Unobtanium- Both pairs of sunglasses have Unobtanium nosepads to keep the glasses in place all day long. Adding this sporty function to a lifestyle frame will give you comfort knowing that if you break a sweat you don't have to worry about your sunglasses slipping down.
