1. Speak with an Optician
The first thing you want to do is call in and speak with an optician. Because certain frames are not RX-able and not every prescription works well with every frame, your optician will need a few details to decipher whether or not your frame is a candidate. You should be prepared to discuss the brand, model, and condition of your frame.
Your optician may request that you send a photo so they can better review the frame. If not familiar with the brand, your optician may not commit to the job until the frame is sent in and assessed in person.
2. Send in Your Frame
Next, your optician will provide your order number to be listed alongside the SportRX address, and you send in your frame! Once it's received, your frame will either be fit with new prescription lenses and returned, or your optician will get in touch with you to go over other available options.
Goggle Inserts
This process can be applied to snow or motocross goggles, too! If you want your goggles fitted with new prescription inserts, reach out to an optician to get the ball rolling.
If we've fitted the brand before, the inserts can simply be sent over to you. But, if we haven't fitted the goggles before, you'll need to send them in so we can fit your new prescription inserts for you.
Warranty & Shipping
Shipping is handled the same way as an online purchase. You can choose your shipping option when you complete your transaction. Since we're only providing the lens for your glasses, the frame is not under warranty. The lenses will be covered under warranty.
