I have the glasses. Worked fine for one day but now the download icon is no longer there. Have taken several pics but not sure if they are even there or not. Any help would be appreciated

Upon taking a photo via rayban glasses, I go to the app to see if the photo has downloaded. However, all I get is the download circle at the bottom right corner indicating there's 1 download. It attempts to download but it seems to stay in queue. The download green line around the circle goes around but it stays near the end without completing

Pictures and videos not downloading into Facebook View. It starts downloading and stops. Have tried soft and hard resets as well as deleting View and downloading again. Using Samsung Phone of latest editions.

Not that we're aware of Jaelanne, but you may be onto something! There are some products, like tile trackers, that let you track and find the location of lost items, but may prove too large to use for small delicate items like glasses.
The Facebook View app says that the name for the Facebook View folder has changed and to keep syncing my media i need to make sure its correct any idea how to do this in a Samsung S21.

I can’t get into my Facebook view app. There is black and white screen that tells me a meta account is coming in June. Am I locked out until then; if so that sucks

I just bought these wonderful Ray-Ban stories and I have the same problem. The Facebook view app get stuck saying Facebook is joining Meta. I registered with meta and joined account to Facebook but still have the same problem when opening view. Pls help.

Hi. I recently changed phones and now I can't retrieve the photos ans videos on my glasses with my new phone without doing a factory reset on my glasses but if i do that, i will lose my stored photos and videos. Is there a way of recovering them without reformatting my glasses?
Hey, I recently bought the rayban stories and I went making pictures and videos. When I opened the app view, the downloading logo was showing 85 photos and videos, but when I want to download them, it says that there is no connection with the glasses and I can’t import the pictures ! Just after, the logo doesn’t show any pictures notisfication and when I click on it, it says that there is no media but when I take a picture with the glasses, the 85 notifications come back but still no downloading What can I do ? I don’t want to lose all the videos

Hi there! You will need to re-download the photos from the glasses onto the app. There may also be a way to recover deleted images on the view app, but not exactly sure how to do so.

Please help! I cannot download photos and videos to Facebook View app anymore. The round download icon shows number of photos and videos, but doesn't work. I click the icon but never start to download. It used to work. I uninstall the app and reconnect with the glasses, but cannot fix it.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the FB View App. Rayban recommends a few steps including forgetting the device in your phone's Bluetooth menu and pairing them again, or downloading the latest version of the app from the app store.
